In the steep, sunny landscapes of the Côte Vermeille, between the sea and the mountains, Clos Saint Sébastien embodies the harmonious alliance of two men driven by the same passion for wine: Jacques Piriou and Romuald Peronne.
A former captain of industry from Concarneau, Jacques Piriou swapped shipyards for vineyard terraces overlooking the Mediterranean. A visionary with a rigorous approach, he infused the estate with the entrepreneurial energy and exacting standards of quality that have earned Clos Saint Sébastien its reputation.
At his side, Romuald Peronne, The founder and founder's son, an agricultural engineer and oenologist, is the guardian of terroir and know-how. The grandson of a winegrower, he uses his precision and sensitivity to produce elegant, deep and authentic wines, crafted with respect for nature and the vintage.
Together, they sign wines of Collioure and Banyuls with a strong personality, reflecting a spectacular terroir and a strong human adventure. Their work combines modernity and tradition, technical rigour and a love of detail - to produce sun-kissed, balanced and vibrant cuvées, just like the Roussillon they cherish.
