In the heart of the Burgundy vineyards, at Saint-Bris-le-Vineux, Anaëlle Goisot and René Grivot took over the reins in 2020 of an estate founded on centuries of winemaking tradition. The estate now covers some 27.5 hectares and is committed to sustainable viticulture, with the HVE (High Environmental Value) label.
Anaëlle and René combine respect for the terroirs - from Chablis to Saint-Bris, via Bourgogne Aligoté - with an openness to innovation. Their work aims to express as accurately as possible the minerality, freshness and signature of each of their vineyards, in an approach that is both rigorous and passionate. The wines are invitations to discover Burgundy in a modern and lively light.
